Refund Policy
- There shall be no refund once services have been rendered. A refund request may be made for services not rendered and the approval is subject to case by case basis.
- In the event of refund, the amount is subject to the chargeable processing fee.
- Package(s) purchased shall be redeemable for the services specified. Change of services is subject to the Management’s sole discretion.
- Package(s) purchased cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Package(s) purchased cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers and other the equivalent unless otherwise approved by the Management.
